We’re looking for Junior SEO Executives and Email Marketing Assistants to join our team. You’ll support the execution of SEO tasks and email marketing campaigns, working closely with our internal team, project managers, and marketing leads to turn strategy into effective digital results. As a fresher, you don’t need years of experience — just a solid understanding of the basics, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow guidance. We’re looking for candidates who are eager to grow, understand digital trends, and have strong analytical and communication skills. You’ll help with keyword research, content optimization, email campaign setup, automation support, and performance tracking — contributing to meaningful, result-driven marketing efforts.

What you will do

• Assist the marketing team in increasing website visibility, ranking, and audience reach.
• Support SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink research, and basic technical checks.
• Help in setting up, creating, and sending email marketing campaigns.
• Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and assist in creating automated email workflows.
• Research potential target audiences and gather relevant data for SEO and email strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports (traffic, rankings, open rates, CTRs).
• Assist in creating basic marketing materials such as email templates, keyword sheets, and monthly reports.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, email marketing best practices, and industry tools.
• Work closely with internal teams including content writers, designers, and marketing leads.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page SEO, backlinks, Google Search basics).
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, or similar platforms (training provided).
• Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, research online, and handle repetitive tasks when needed.
• Good analytical mindset and comfort working with simple data (Excel/Sheets).
• Basic knowledge of how websites work (WordPress knowledge is a plus but not required).
• Good English reading & writing skills (fluency preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a team, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in tasks.
• Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to grow in the digital marketing field.
• Age 18 to 30 years preferred (fresher-friendly role).
